1 Definitions and Scope

"8k813", "the platform", "we", "us", and "our" refer to the online gaming platform accessible at 8k813.vu and through the 8k813 mobile app. "You", "player", "user", and "account holder" refer to any individual who registers for or uses an 8k813 account.

4 Account Security and Responsibility

8k813 will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where the access occurred due to your failure to maintain appropriate account security. All activity that takes place through your account credentials is considered to have been authorised by you unless you have reported a security concern to us in advance.

5 Deposits, Withdrawals, and PHP Balance

All transactions on the 8k813 platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). Deposits to your account can be made via supported Philippine payment channels including GCash, Maya, and Philippine online banking or bank transfer. Credit cards and cryptocurrency are not accepted for gaming deposits or withdrawals on 8k813.

Your PHP balance reflects funds available for use across all game types on the platform — slots, live casino, fish games, eBingo, sports betting, and card games all draw from the same account balance. 6 Game Rules and Fair Play
